Services
Source AI Agency provides automation, communication, booking, customer support, website, CRM, marketing, and related business setup services for local businesses.
Service details depend on the plan purchased, the client’s business needs, onboarding information provided, and any written agreement or written communication between Source AI Agency and the client.
Available plans may include Source Web, Source Operator, Source Complete, or other plans offered from time to time.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete business information, including services, pricing, business hours, staff details, contact information, booking rules, service areas, policies, images, branding, website content, and any other details needed to build or manage their system.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their website, automation flows, booking settings, messages, AI responses, pricing, service details, and other setup work before using them with customers.
Source AI Agency is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or delayed information provided by the client.
Plans, pricing, and billing
Monthly plans are billed as recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, government charges, payment processing charges, or other clearly disclosed fees may apply.
By purchasing a plan, you authorize Source AI Agency and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, setup fees, and any other agreed charges.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Source AI Agency may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, pause services, limit access, or cancel the subscription.
Clients remain responsible for unpaid amounts for services already provided or billing periods already started.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel before the next billing date by contacting Source AI Agency at:
If cancellation is requested before the next billing date, Source AI Agency will manually cancel the subscription in the billing system.
If a subscription is cancelled at the end of the billing period, the subscription may remain active until the paid period ends. After the paid period ends, it should stop renewing.
Cancellation requests are not complete until Source AI Agency confirms or processes the cancellation.
Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly fees are not refunded after the billing period has started.
Setup work, onboarding work, automation building, configuration, website work, CRM work, communication setup, and other completed or started service work are not refundable once work has started.
Refunds, credits, or exceptions may be offered at the sole discretion of Source AI Agency.
Client content and permissions
Clients give Source AI Agency permission to use business information, logos, images, website content, service information, pricing, reviews, branding, and other materials provided by the client for the purpose of delivering services.
Clients represent that they have the right to use and provide any content, images, logos, trademarks, data, or materials submitted to Source AI Agency.
Source AI Agency is not responsible for claims related to client provided content.
AI, automation, and communication tools
Some services may use AI, automation, templates, booking flows, chat systems, text messages, email messages, phone systems, or other automated tools.
AI and automation tools may make mistakes, misunderstand requests, provide incomplete responses, or fail to perform as expected.
Clients are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and monitoring all automations, AI responses, booking settings, pricing, service information, and customer communications before and during use.
Source AI Agency does not guarantee that automations, AI systems, websites, booking tools, or communication systems will generate leads, sales, appointments, revenue, or specific business results.
Third party platforms
Services may depend on third party platforms, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, email providers, phone carriers, calendar tools, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, automation tools, and other software providers.
Source AI Agency is not responsible for outages, errors, price changes, account restrictions, policy changes, deliverability issues, carrier filtering, disconnected accounts, failed integrations, or service interruptions caused by third party platforms.
Clients may be required to maintain active accounts, permissions, payment methods, and access to third party tools for services to work properly.
Website and system changes
Source AI Agency may make reasonable updates, edits, fixes, or improvements to client systems as part of the service.
Clients are responsible for any changes they make directly after delivery, including changes to websites, automations, booking settings, CRM settings, payment settings, or connected accounts.
Source AI Agency is not responsible for problems caused by client changes, deleted assets, disconnected accounts, incorrect permissions, or unauthorized edits.
Service limitations
Source AI Agency may update, pause, refuse, or terminate service if required for security, abuse prevention, unpaid invoices, technical limitations, misuse of the service, legal compliance, platform restrictions, or unreasonable client requests.
Source AI Agency may refuse to support businesses, content, or activities that are illegal, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of third party platform rules.
Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their own business information, logos, images, trademarks, customer data, and content provided to Source AI Agency.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Source AI Agency retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, workflows, automation structures, prompts, processes, strategy, know how, design systems, and reusable service materials.
After full payment, clients may use the final delivered website pages, automations, and setup materials for their own business purposes.
Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse Source AI Agency templates, processes, systems, or internal methods outside their own business without written permission.
Results disclaimer
Source AI Agency may help clients improve automation, communication, booking, customer support, and online systems.
However, results depend on many factors outside Source AI Agency’s control, including market demand, offer quality, pricing, client responsiveness, advertising performance, customer behaviour, third party platforms, and business operations.
Source AI Agency does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, appointment volume, lead volume, ranking, conversion rate, or business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source AI Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost leads, missed appointments, lost data, downtime, business interruption, customer complaints, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source AI Agency’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client to Source AI Agency for the service giving rise to the claim during the previous one month period.
Indemnity
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Source AI Agency harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from client provided content, inaccurate business information, misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of third party rights, or violation of applicable laws.
Chargebacks and billing disputes
Clients should contact Source AI Agency at [email protected] about billing questions or disputes before starting a chargeback.
If a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is opened, Source AI Agency may pause or cancel services until the matter is resolved.
Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
